It looks like Tony Stark will be hanging up his Iron Man suit soon, and when he does, Riri Williams — a new Marvel character — will put it on.
According to TIME, Riri is so beast at science — genius level, in fact — that she gets to enroll in MIT at the age of just 15. While in her dorm room, she ends up creating her own Iron Man suit, and since that’s something that’s pretty hard to keep under wraps, Tony Stark finds out and takes notice.
“I think what’s most important is that the character is created in an organic setting,” Marvel writer Brian Michael Bendis told TIME. “We never had a meeting saying, ‘We need to create this character.’ It’s inspired by the world around me and not seeing that represented enough in popular culture.”

Oh, and just ICYMI: The co-creator of Riri said that our summer ’16 cover girl, Skai Jackson, was the inspo for the new character! #yaaasss
